We want you to love every jar. Because we make small batches with real ingredients, we’re not able to accept returns on opened products — but we stand behind our quality 100%.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jar arrives damaged, leaking, or clearly defective, email us at mustafa@sweetnuthings.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right — replacement or full refund, your call.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong product, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct item at no cost to you.

Changed Your Mind

We don’t offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases on food products. If you’re unsure whether Sweet Nuthings is right for you, reach out before ordering — we’re happy to answer questions.
